The Greenhouse Loft is a sparkling jewel in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood. Converted from a photographic studio in 2011, the Greenhouse Loft provides an intimate space for anything from a small meeting, to a wedding for 200 guests, to a cocktail party for 250.
Located in the Green Exchange building, the Greenhouse Loft is an environmentally sustainable setting. Light is plentiful. Air quality is excellent. Service is top-notch. And the space is flexible to meet your most exacting needs.
And the Greenhouse Loft can connect you with well-vetted caterers, florists, photographers, DJs and other trusted vendors, to help you build a first-class team that will make your big event memorable, fun and stress-free.
Here are three Yelp and Wedding Wire reviews of weddings the professional DJs of Fourth Estate Audio did at Greenhouse Loft:
DJ Jay Congdon was a blast at our wedding! With his years of experience, he definitely knew what got the crowd going! I highly recommend Fourth Estate Audio for their professionalism, knowledgeable music selection, and creating a fun and memorable night to remember!

Chicago Wedding DJ Review I absolutely would not give a 5-star review unless I really meant it, and Jay deserves it. He is prompt, sincere, and thorough. We did not have a lot of special requests, but the ones we did have were handled well. The DJ was a big concern for us because we had an afternoon wedding so we wanted someone who could keep people on the dance floor. While the younger kids and older folks did migrate outside eventually, plenty of people stayed inside to dance. I would definitely recommend Fourth Estate, and actually have already referred two friends who booked their services. Oh, and of course the price – best rates (for a professional) I found in Chicagoland.

Chicago Wedding DJ Review Jay and Fourth Estate Audio were absolutely awesome for our wedding! He was responsive to all of my emails and phone calls, and he executed all of our plans perfectly (including a surprise for my groom!). He did a great job making all of the announcements, and I can’t recommend him enough! Go with Jay!
